Turn your complex expertise into a compelling POV.
You are a Soloist who wants to build authority
As a Soloist, you have deep expertise that clients appreciate. But the problem is that they appreciate it after you have started working with them. When it comes to communicating that expertise through your Marketing, you struggle. You have dabbled in LinkedIn, email marketing, YouTube videos, and are now even considering writing a book.
And yet, your ideas aren’t getting any traction.
It’s because you’re missing a Big Idea
You have plenty of insights. Plenty of experience. Plenty of things to say. But they don’t add up to a single concept. There’s no central thread that ties it all together. No singular perspective that makes people stop and think, “Yes, this person gets it.”
Without a Big Idea, your content stays scattered. People might engage occasionally, but they don’t remember what you stand for. You’re creating, but not compounding.
A Big Idea changes everything
It’s the one compelling perspective that people associate with you. (Think Simon Sinek’s Start with Why or Jonathan Stark’s Hourly Billing is Nuts.) The thing that makes your work unmistakable. When you have it, your content flows naturally, your conversations deepen, your positioning crystallizes. Everything downstream becomes easier.
You don’t need more content. You need a Big Idea…
Introducing the
Big Idea Sprint
A 4 week done-with-you experience where we uncover the one idea that captures your expertise and build the messaging to communicate it.
One Big Idea you can commit to.
Not a list of options. One clear, compelling perspective.
A messaging document.
How to talk about your Big Idea so your content, conversations, and positioning all say the same thing.
This is not a course. There’s no curriculum you watch alone.
I work through this with you.
Asking questions, pushing back, pulling out the ideas you can’t see yourself. Think of it as a thinking partner with a process.
Your best thinking is
invisible to you
You’ve probably tried to figure this out on your own. You’ve journaled, tried a few exercises and even joined a community. And you’re still unsure.
Here’s the problem: You can’t see your own Big Idea.
You’re too close to it. The things that make your perspective unique feel too obvious to you. They’re invisible.
And while a community can point you in the right direction, this work requires more than advice. It requires someone who pulls up their sleeves and gets into the mess with you.
That’s what the Sprint is built for. I dig into your business, your client stories, your patterns. I ask the questions you wouldn’t think to ask yourself. Guillaume Wiatr called it “a forensic investigation of your IP.” It’s not about having casual conversations, but rigorously making sense of your IP, your content, and finding the threads that lie hidden.
We work from the inside out
Most positioning advice starts with the market. What’s trending. What competitors are doing. What the audience supposedly wants to hear. The Big Idea Sprint works the other way. We start with you. Your frustrations that capture what you believe in and what is broken.
The Big Idea has to come from within you, not from the market.
What Others Are Saying
”When we started working together, the expectation was that you’d create good content. But we didn’t expect genius ideas. And that is what we got.

”Pranav, you are a great example of someone who has built his business based on his ideas. And now you are teaching others do it. It's incredible.

The epiphany
In 2024, I was freelancing as a LinkedIn ghostwriter.
Things were going well. But I wanted to help my clients at a strategic level. Not just execute their ideas. Help them generate ideas.
The problem was I had no idea what I stood for.
So I did what most people do. I studied the market. I looked at what was selling. I tried to figure out what the audience wanted.
It wasn’t working.
Then I realized something. I was never going to out-expertise anyone. There were people with more credentials, more years, more proof. Competing on expertise was a losing game.
So I flipped it. Instead of asking what the market wanted, I asked what I actually believed.
That’s when my Big Idea emerged. Perspective before Expertise. The idea that your unique point of view is what makes you memorable. Not your credentials. Not your skills. Not your content volume.
Once I had that, everything else followed. My content had direction. My positioning became clear. I wasn’t scrambling for ideas anymore. I was building from a foundation.
By the end of 2025, I had helped over 15 clients do the same thing. I had successfully transitioned from being an implementor to a strategist.
How the Sprint works
Phase
Inventory
We start by taking stock of what already exists. Your business, your client stories, the patterns in your work. Most of the raw material is already there. You just haven’t seen it as material yet.
Phase
Excavation
This is where we turn inward. What frustrates you about your industry? What do you believe that others don’t? We stop looking at the market and start looking at you. The Big Idea lives here.
Phase
Articulation
A Big Idea is only useful if you can communicate it. And the best way to communicate it is through story. So we shape what we’ve found into a narrative you can tell. By the end, you walk away with two things: a Big Idea you can commit to, and a messaging document that helps you tell the story across your content, conversations, and positioning.
While the Sprint runs for four weeks, there is also an express option (7 days) for those who want to move faster.
Some Big Ideas I’ve helped uncover
This is not about content creation
You’ve been creating content already. LinkedIn posts, emails, maybe even videos. And it hasn’t compounded, has it?
The Sprint is not about writing better hooks. It’s about telling a better story about your work.
It’s not about adding more platforms. It’s about using whatever platforms you already have to say something worth remembering.
It’s not about sleazy marketing tactics. It’s about communicating what you actually believe.
You don’t need a 6-month content strategy. You need 6 hours of focused thinking that give you 6 years of clarity.
Who this is for / Who this is NOT for
Most of my clients are Soloists. Coaches, consultants, advisors. Some run tiny businesses with a small team. All of them have deep expertise and a hard time communicating it.
This is not a fit if you’re running a SaaS company, leading a large team, or looking for a quick marketing hack. The Sprint is for people who want to build authority around their ideas, not scale a product.
Pricing and timeline
Standard Sprint: $1,000 Four weeks. Weekly calls. Async support throughout. You walk away with one Big Idea and a messaging document.
