Of course, I didn’t always believe this. For the longest time, I naively assumed that creating content that resonates was the only benefit of a strong, clear POV.
Not true.
During a sales call, when a prospect is considering working with me, they are also thinking about de-risking the engagement. Change is hard and scary.
