“99% business owners make this mistake”

“99% of business owners make this mistake” is a hook many use.

This statement does get my attention, but does it build deep trust? Does it make me go, “Oh man, I love this dude so much? He has such brilliant insights to share. Here, take my money!”

It doesn’t.

So then, why would you write something like that?

If you are not going to get my trust, why are you fighting so hard to get my attention?
